APPOINTMENTS
Appointments at Alpha Studio must be secured with a Visa or MC at
the time of reservation. To make an appointment, please call 410-327-1300,
email us at info@alphastudiobaltimore.com, or fill out the form on this page.
All Salon guests receive a confirmation call 48
hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED/NO SHOWS
WITHOUT A MINIMUM OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS NOTICE.

we may have to reschedule your appointment if you are eccessively late.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Alpha Studio accepts VISA, MASTER CARD, CASH and PERSONAL CHECKS.
Please note that we are unable to give cash back on credit card sales.

A gratuity is customary for good service and always left to the discretion
of our clients. Gratuities in the form of cash or personal check are gratefully welcomed and appreciated.
